The recombination structure regenerates water through the combination of hydrogen and oxygen released during electrochemical reactions, protecting the battery from water loss. Therefore, these batteries are maintenance-free.

Battery service life may be significantly reduced if the operating temperature exceeds 25°C, in cases of frequent charge/discharge cycles, or if stored for more than 6 months without recharging.
It is recommended not to discharge the battery more than 50%, and to use temperature compensation functionality when exposed to sharp temperature fluctuations.
